Terms of Service

By creating an account or using MoveDay, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use MoveDay on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to use MoveDay. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us promptly at support@stockpix.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use MoveDay for anything unlawful, infringing, harassing, or harmful.
• Upload content you don't have the right to share, or content that violates anyone's privacy or intellectual property.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without permission.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to disrupt the service or any underlying infrastructure.
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code, except as expressly permitted by law.

You keep all rights to the content you upload to MoveDay (your "User Content"). You grant Stockpix AI LLC a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your User Content solely to operate the service for you and the people you share projects with. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for redacted records we're required to keep.

You're responsible for the legality of your User Content. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Signing up for MoveDay is free. Creating and running your own moving projects requires a paid subscription; invited collaborators (helpers and viewers) may participate in projects they're invited to free of charge. All subscriptions are purchased and managed exclusively on the web through our payment processor, Stripe. MoveDay is not currently distributed through, and no purchases, subscriptions, or refunds are available via, the Apple App Store, Google Play, or any other app marketplace. Subscriptions are billed via Stripe in advance on a recurring basis (monthly unless stated otherwise). By subscribing, you authorize Stockpix AI LLC to charge your payment method for the current and renewal terms until you cancel.

Pricing. The MoveDay subscription is $19.99 for the first month, then $14.99/month on each renewal until you cancel.

You can change or cancel your plan at any time on the web at app.moveday.app (Account → Subscription). Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access to paid features until then.

Project storage after your subscription ends. When your subscription ends (by cancellation or non-payment), projects you own are locked for you and for everyone you invited to them. Locked projects — including all photos, inventory, and other data in them — are permanently deleted 30 days after your subscription ends unless you resubscribe before then. We send email reminders before deletion, and resubscribing at any point during the 30 days restores your projects exactly as they were. Deletion after the 30-day window is irreversible. Your account itself remains free — you can still join projects you're invited to.

No refunds. Except where a refund is required by applicable law, all payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, unused features, downgrades, accidental purchases, or account deletion during a paid period. Deleting your account cancels future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.

We may change pricing. If we do, we'll give you reasonable advance notice and the new price will apply to your next renewal.

MoveDay is delivered as a web application accessed through a supported web browser on your phone, tablet, or computer — no download or installation is required or offered, and MoveDay is not currently available in any app store. We work hard to keep MoveDay reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue the service (or parts of it) at any time. Where reasonably practical, we'll give notice of material changes that affect paid features.

You can stop using MoveDay at any time and delete your account from inside the app or via our account deletion page.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service or other users. On termination, your right to use MoveDay ends, but sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

MoveDay is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stockpix AI LLC disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that any data loss won't occur.

MoveDay is an organizing and coordination tool for planning and documenting a move. It is not a service for hiring, providing, vetting, employing, or recommending professional movers, helpers, contractors, or any other service providers. Stockpix AI LLC does not screen, endorse, guarantee, or supervise any person you invite to a project or coordinate with using MoveDay, whether they are paid, unpaid, professional, or personal.

Any agreement, communication, or arrangement between you and a mover, helper, or other third party is solely between you and them. Stockpix AI LLC is not a party to those arrangements and is not responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, conduct, reliability, timeliness, safety, workmanship, or performance of any mover, helper, or third party, or for any loss, damage, injury, theft, dispute, or cost arising from your use of MoveDay to find, connect, communicate, or coordinate with them. You are solely responsible for choosing, vetting, and managing anyone you work with, and for the terms of any arrangement you make.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stockpix AI LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of MoveDay. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US $50.

Placeholder. Governing law and dispute resolution to be confirmed by counsel. Intended default: the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the state or federal courts located in Missouri shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
