Privacy Policy

MoveDay is operated by Stockpix AI LLC, based in Missouri, USA. You can reach us at support@stockpix.io.

Account information. Your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture. You may add a display name, phone number, profile photo, and short bio.

Content you create. Projects, locations, spaces, containers, items, photos, notes, messages, to-dos, and any text or files you upload. Photos and files are stored in cloud storage and delivered via a content delivery network (CDN).

Diagnostics and technical data. Basic device and browser information, app usage events, error logs, and upload diagnostics. We use these to keep the service reliable and to debug problems.

Location data. Only if you choose to enable it. MoveDay may request your device location to show local weather on your home screen. You can decline this prompt and continue using the app normally.

Billing information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive a subscription identifier, plan, and status from Stripe — we do not see your full card number.

Calendar integration. If you connect Google Calendar, we receive only the access tokens needed to create and read events you authorize. You can disconnect at any time in Settings.

• Provide the MoveDay service and the projects, photos, and crews you create.
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• Process subscription payments and manage your plan.
• Send transactional emails (invitations, account-deletion confirmations, billing receipts).
• Improve reliability through diagnostics and error tracking.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We don't sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that make MoveDay work:

• Base44 — application platform and database hosting.
• Amazon Web Services (S3 + CloudFront) — photo and file storage and delivery.
• Stripe — subscription billing.
• Google — sign-in and optional Calendar integration.
• OpenAI — optional AI features (item descriptions, polish suggestions). Content you send to AI features is processed by OpenAI under its data-processing terms.
• Email delivery providers — transactional email.

Project content (locations, photos, notes, items, messages) is visible to people you invite to that project. Account holders see the email addresses of people they invite or who invite them.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your profile, owned projects, and uploaded files. Shared content you posted in other people's projects is anonymized so the project remains useful to the remaining crew. Limited billing and security audit records may be retained in redacted form as required by law.

• Access and update your profile in Profile and Settings.
• Manage your subscription in Account → Subscription on the web at app.moveday.app.
• Disconnect Google Calendar in Settings at any time.
• Decline or revoke device location and camera permissions in your device settings.
• Request a copy of your data, or request correction, by emailing support@stockpix.io.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA. To exercise any right, contact us at the address above.

You can permanently delete your account from inside the app (Profile menu → Account → Danger Zone), or by following the steps on our account deletion page. That page explains exactly what is removed, what is anonymized, and what is retained.

MoveDay is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
